This is a physiotherapy method in which a person breathes air with reduced oxygen levels, simulating high-altitude conditions. This process stimulates the body's adaptive capacity, improves endurance, enhances performance, and strengthens the immune system.
The procedure is carried out in a measured and safe manner: periods of inhaling "mountain air" alternate with inhaling regular air, while the body's well-being and functioning parameters are monitored.
