Mineral baths

Goryachinsk mineral water is thermal - slightly mineralized, nitric-siliceous, sulfate-sodium water rich in silicic acid, alkali and nitrogen, with temperatures up to 54.5°C. It contains chlorides, bicarbonates, sulfates, as well as fluorides, calcium and magnesium, which causes its healing properties, including improving metabolism and strengthening immunity.

Treatment description:

They have analgesic, restorative, resorbing and soothing therapeutic effects. First of all, they cause reactions from the cardiovascular system, contribute to the normalization of nervous activity, affect metabolic processes and the functions of the endocrine glands.
Mineral baths are baths made from natural mineral water containing various trace elements. It has been scientifically proven that mineral baths have a beneficial effect on the human body. Thanks to the hot water, the pores open as much as possible and blood flow increases, as a result of which minerals penetrate the body better.
The duration of the procedure does not exceed 10 minutes.

Baths can be with full immersion of the body in mineral water or four-chamber baths, where separate containers for hands and feet are used.

• tuberculosis in the active phase;
• blood diseases;
• infectious diseases;
• glaucoma,
• pregnancy.
